3、 Equipment Description:
 
L-type double swing lifting and shifting machine is composed of frame, lifting mechanism, turning mechanism, rotary table, l-cantilever, conductive device and electric control system.
 
Frame: the frame is formed by welding steel plate and profile, and adopts box structure. All welds are operated according to the equal strength weld, and the welding is heat treated after welding. The square box structure can effectively prevent the danger of overturning the whole machine with load.
 
The optimized tooling design makes it easy to operate, accurate positioning and large clamping force, which ensures that the workpiece will not loose during the turning and welding process (the tooling drawing is provided by your company as the basis for our secondary design and improving the product function)
 
The base is installed on the foundation with foundation bolts, and the frame is connected to the top of the base with high-strength bolts; the turning mechanism is installed in front of the frame, and the front end is the L-shaped turning frame; the rotary mechanism is horizontally on the L-shaped turning frame. The set of positioner adopts the combination structure, easy to install and simple to maintain.

Equipment Basic Organization Description:
 
1. Lifting mechanism: the main parts of the lifting mechanism are reducer, sprocket, chain, sliding plate, etc. The main purpose is to drive the chain by the reducer sprocket to make the sliding plate slide up and down along the guide rail. The L-frame is fixed with the skateboard to move. The surface of guide rail is heat treated, polished, and has high precision, so that sliding is free of damping. (the guide rail surface shall be provided with movable protective cover)
 
2. Turning mechanism: the turning mechanism is mainly composed of driving device, slewing bearing, etc. The driving device is installed in the frame, and its transmission process is from brake motor to cycloid needle wheel + worm gear reducer to gear to slewing bearing to l-cantilever. As the power of the turning mechanism, the brake motor can reduce the speed of the cycloid needle wheel and a pair of worm gears. The l-cantilever, the workbench and its fixture parts reach the speed of 1.5rpm. The brake motor has strong self-locking, which can make the workpiece in a good manual welding position, and can accurately locate without dangerous sliding.
 
The rotary bearing adopts the single volleyball type slewing bearing, which has the advantages of reasonable mechanism, good rigidity, light weight and long life. The electric slip ring device is installed at the output axis of the slewing bearing. The cable of the rotary motor is connected by the conductive slip ring, so as to prevent the L-type cantilever parts from turning over. The electrical wiring is intertwined and broken.
 
3. Rotary mechanism: the rotary mechanism is mainly composed of driving device, slewing bearing, working table, etc. The driving device is installed in the l-arm, and its transmission process is from brake motor to cycloid needle wheel + worm gear reducer to gear to slewing bearing to workbench. As the power of the turning mechanism, the brake motor can reduce the speed of the cycloid needle wheel and a pair of worm gears. The l-cantilever, the workbench and its fixture parts can reach the speed of 0.5-1 rpm. The brake motor has strong self-locking, which can make the workpiece in a good manual welding position, and can accurately locate without dangerous sliding. The rotary support adopts the "single volleyball type rotary support" The bearing has the advantages of reasonable mechanism, good rigidity, light weight and long life.
 
4. L-cantilever: l-cantilever is a connecting part of the turning mechanism and the rotary mechanism, and the box structure is adopted. All welds are operated according to the equal strength weld, and the welding is heat treated after welding. The square box structure has strong rigidity, which can ensure the rated load has good strength.
 
5. The electric control system is mainly composed of control box and manual control box. The control box and the main machine are installed together. The cable is connected between the manual control box and the control box, with the length of 8 meters. Siemens products are used as the main electrical components of electrical control part, which has the advantages of reliable performance and long service life.
 
The panel of the electric control box is equipped with power indicator light, forward and reverse turn over switch button, and the working table forward and reverse switch button.

The control system consists of control cabinet, hand control box and foot switch. The main control cabinet is placed in the machine seat, and the dust cover is used to prevent dust from entering the control cabinet, which has adverse effect on components. The core part of the control is frequency converter (control rotation), and the performance is stable; the main control cabinet and the manual control box are connected by aviation plug, and all functions are operated on the manual control box. The equipment workflow is as follows:
 
Start the turning mechanism, turn the turning frame 90 degrees or the welding operator's ideal position state, and then stop the turning mechanism. The workpiece will be changed to the following state, and the time required for turning is about 5 seconds. Then start the rotating mechanism to start welding the circumferential weld.
 
Because the position of the annular weld is very high, the operator cannot perform welding normally during welding, so the auxiliary platform is needed to raise the position of welding operation during welding. A simple manned working platform is placed on the place. When welding is needed, it is moved to the required position, and it can be removed if it is not needed. Its floor area is 600x500.
 
After welding, start the turning mechanism, turn the workpiece about 45 degrees, as shown in the following figure, stop the turning, and then weld the long weld of longitudinal joint (i.e. workpiece B direction) and some accessories on the workpiece. The time required to flip is about 15 seconds.
 
After welding, start the turning mechanism and reverse turn the workpiece 90 degrees. The status is shown in the following figure. Stop the turning. Weld another long seam and accessories of longitudinal joint (i.e. the workpiece B direction), and the event required for turning is 30 seconds.
 
After welding, start the rotary mechanism, rotate the workpiece 180 degrees, stop the rotation, start welding the corresponding weld with B direction and other accessories on the workpiece. The operation step of welding is to repeat the last turning, and the turning time is 10 seconds. After welding, start the turning mechanism, return the turning frame to its initial state, take off the workpiece, and the event required to remove the workpiece is 1.5 minutes.
 
Clamp the workpiece again and repeat the above actions.
